Invest in Self-Reliance

Not every student in Ethiopia qualifies for university, yet every young adult deserves the chance to build a stable, dignified future. For those who complete Grade 12 but do not meet university entrance requirements, technical and vocational training offers a practical path forward.

Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs—available through public and private colleges—equip students with job-ready skills in fields where employment opportunities exist. Some courses last only a few months, allowing graduates to quickly enter the workforce and earn an income. TVET fills a critical gap for the many secondary school graduates who would otherwise enter the job market without employable skills.

In our Hope 4others program, university-qualified students continue their education with support. Those who do not qualify receive the opportunity to attend TVET programs that build confidence, competence, and long-term stability.

When you give, you help young adults gain meaningful skills, secure employment, and break the cycle of poverty.

Your generosity helps students stand on their own feet and build a future filled with hope.
