Our Story

It all began in 2007 when a small group of youth in San Jose, CA, wanted to make a difference in the world. Where did they start? At the lowest point in the Western Hemisphere, Badwater Basin, in Death Valley, where they conducted a 15-mile walk-a-thon to fund clean water wells in sub-Saharan Africa.

Since then, 4others has grown into a larger community of churches, schools, scouts, organizations, and families that live for God and for others. Providing clean water to African communities continues to be a focus of our efforts. But as our community grew, so did our vision. Together, we now serve the poor, the hungry, the thirsty, and the vulnerable in our local communities and around the world.
