Bontu is in 7th grade. Her favorite subject is Amharic. She loves to play soccer and jump rope. Bontu lost both parents and now lives with an aunt. Her aunt is HIV-positive and works as a day laborer. Bontu's daily chores include making coffee and sauce, house cleaning, etc.
