The Thirsty, the Hungry, & the Vulnerable

4others focuses on three areas of need as we look for opportunities to serve others. These areas are water and sanitation, food, and child development. With your help, we can benefit the lives of the thirsty, the hungry, and the vulnerable in so many ways!

Water 4others

Clean, accessible water for all is an essential part of the world we want to live in. There is sufficient fresh water on the planet to achieve this. But due to bad economics or poor infrastructure, every year millions of people, most of them children, die from diseases associated with inadequate water supply, sanitation and hygiene.

Water scarcity, poor water quality and inadequate sanitation negatively impact food security, livelihood choices and educational opportunities for poor families across the world.

Currently, 4others provides access to safe water and sanitation by funding the construction of new water points and safe latrines, improving hundreds of lives with each project!

Food 4others

According to the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) 2017 report, global hunger appears to be on the rise since 2015. "The food security situation visibly worsened in parts of sub-Saharan Africa, South Eastern and Western Asia. This was most notable in situations of conflict, in particular where the food security impacts of conflict were compounded by [floods and famines]."

With more people working together to address this global hunger crisis, we can see the number of undernourished people in the world once again rapidly decline!

Join us in partnering with Feed My Starving Children to fund and pack hundreds of thousands of life-saving meals every year at the Food 4others MobilePack!

Hope 4others

Hope is a powerful force. It can make all the difference between a life stuck in extreme poverty and a life of fulfilled potential!

Through our child development and family empowerment programs at the Spring of Hope and New Hope CarePoints, our community of sponsors and supporters bring hope to 237 families in rural Ambo, Ethiopia. Children are enabled to attend school and realize their full potential in Christ, parents and guardians are empowered to build sustainable futures for their families, and the Ambo community is transformed through life-changing development projects like new water points, safe latrines, and libraries!
